The price of the apartment excludes the local tourist tax of € 1.75 per person per day (for age 14 years upward), which is payable on site.
Prices for the “Gamskitz” apartment are for occupancy by 2 people; those for the “Rehbock” apartment are for 4 people; those for the “Steinbock” apartment are for 6 people, and those for the “Platzhirsch” apartment are for 8 people.
For each additional person we charge a supplement of € 15.00 per day for adults and € 10.00 for children aged from 3 to 14. Children under 3 stay for free.
We require a deposit of € 100.00 to confirm your reservation.
We accept cash, bank transfers or non-transferable cheques. As from 1 July 2020, it is no longer permissible in Italy to pay sums of over € 1,999.99 in cash.
Cancellation policy:
- We do not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel more than 2 months before arrival.
- If you cancel less than 2 months before your scheduled arrival date, we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the cost of your booking.
- Your pet is welcome to come too, subject to agreement. We charge 8.00 € per day for pets, excluding food.
- Smoking is forbidden throughout the property and inside the apartments.
- You can use our laundry room with washing machine (€ 5.00 per wash)

We, the Weger family, are very pleased to welcome you to our apartments. We will do our very best to anticipate all your wishes, and to ensure that your holiday is as carefree as possible.
The joys of breakfast
On request, we can provide you with a delicious start to your day, with a breakfast basket laden with homemade South Tyrolean products (fruit compotes, juices, cakes, eggs, speck, salamis, honey from the farm, yoghurt, muesli …), which we will deliver straight to the door of your apartment. Price: 12.00 € for adults, and 7.00 € for children aged 3 to 10. No charge for children under 3.
We also offer a bread delivery service, and will bring your order straight to the door of your apartment.
Around the Alpenliving
- Sport: there are so many opportunites for an active holiday in the Aurina Valley. Hiking, skiing, sledding or mountaineering: the choice is yours!
- Shopping: the towns of Cadipietra, San Giovanni and Lutago are just a few minutes away by car or bus. Campo Tures, and Brunico with its many shops, are also quite close.
- Taste: sometimes you don’t feel like cooking and would prefer to eat out Nothing could be easier! There’s something to suit every taste and budget in the local area, ranging from pizzerias to award-winning restaurants. Your hosts will be happy to give you some suggestions.
Winter fun with guaranteed snow
- Cadipietra is right at the centre of the Valle Aurina Skiworld. You’ll find two excellent ski resorts right nearby. The Skiarena Klausberg is only 500 metres away from us, and has 21 slopes at all levels of difficulty. The Speikboden/Monte Spico ski area is only 8 km away, and offers you 38 km of snow-covered slopes and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
- The ski bus stop is just 2 minutes’ walk from us, and you can use it for free with your Holidaypass. Our guests also get a 10% discount when they rent ski equipment.
- There are also many trails where you go hiking, skiing or snowshoeing during the winter months. Many of the mountain hut restaurants are also open in the winter, and will serve you some delicious South Tyrolean specialities.
- After the ascent, there’s the exciting descent: a snowy winter in the Valle Aurina is the perfect time for a toboggan ride. If you need a toboggan, we’ll be happy to lend you one of ours.
Welcome to the kingdom of the three-thousanders
- In the warmer months, the mountains around us are the ideal setting for some enjoyable hiking trips. You can choose to either take one of the ski lifts up to your starting point, or climb the mountain entirely on foot. A point about the lifts: in May and June, the Klausberg and Speikboden cable cars are free for all our guests.
- The beautiful Cascade pool complex at Campo Tures is perfect for a dip in cool water. Our guests get free entrance to this world of pools.
Getting around on holiday without a car
All our guests are given a free Holidaypass, which entitles you to free use of public transport (trains, buses and some ski lifts) for the duration of your stay. You can also get discounts on some of the many activities in the Valle Aurina tourist region.
